18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Admission to intensive care unit, using extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO); (2) Polymyxin B > sulfate for 4 consecutive times, and the expected use time after that is >= 24 hours; (3) Organ function assessment: Continuous organ failure (SOFA) score >= 2;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Aged < 18 years; (2) Pregnant women.
