Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-75 years, normal health, ASA grade II-III, no history of organic digestive system diseases, no history of heart, liver, renal insufficiency, cerebrovascular accidents and other medical diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of allergy and addiction to opioids and other narcotic drugs;Severe cardiopulmonary diseases, abnormal liver and kidney functions;Unable to cooperate and reject participants.
