Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with pure age-related cataracts who can be followed up on time have no serious systemic diseases. The axial length of the eye is between 22-25mm, the preoperative corneal astigmatism is <1.00D, the corneal endothelial cell count and morphology are normal, and the nuclear hardness is classified according to Emery, all of II to IV.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of internal eye surgery, history of ocular trauma; severe dry eye, corneal disease, glaucoma, chronic recurrent uveitis; retinal optic neuropathy; obvious refractive error; corneal astigmatism >1.0D; ciliary suspensory ligament relaxation, artificial Non-centered lens, post-cataract, capsulorhexis > 6mm or < 5mm, and other ocular complications; the pupils cannot be sufficiently dilated or adhered before surgery, and the pupil diameter is < 5mm.
