Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Diagnosed as open eye trauma; 3. Injuries to the posterior segment of the eye require vitreous surgery (according to the international classification of ocular trauma, the included cases must be injured in zone ? or zone ?. Trauma and retina can cause PVR, which can include zone I and zone II injuries) 4. For those with binocular trauma, take the more severe eye. At the same time, the above 4 items and the patient's informed consent can be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previously suffering from ocular hypertension or a clear diagnosis of glaucoma (including hormonal glaucoma); 2. Cases of traumatic endophthalmitis, intraocular foreign bodies and other cases requiring emergency vitreous surgery 3. Suffered from uveitis before injury; 4. Suffered from proliferative diabetic retinopathy, retinal vascular disease, and proliferative vitreoretinopathy before injury; 5. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 6. Known adverse reactions to triamcinolone acetonide; 7. Suspicious or clear infectious diseases around the eyes (herpes simplex virus, varicella-zoster virus, bacterial infection, fungal infection, etc.); 8. Those who have congenital abnormalities in the eye; 9. Those who have a history of eye trauma; 10. Those who have had eye diseases that seriously affected vision; 11. Those with a history of mental illness; 12. Past or current high-dose glucocorticoid use.
