Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed as varicocele (physical examination and three-dimensional ultrasound) with semen abnormality, scrotal pain, decreased testosterone level, testicular atrophy, bilateral varicose or moderate to severe varicocele; aged > 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe cardiovascular, liver or metabolic diseases, renal dysfunction, asthma, coagulation disorders, morbid obesity; allergic to narcotic drugs; recurrent varicocele.
