Sex/Gender
Female

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18–80 years, female; (2) Primary and recurrent inguinal hernia and (3) Unilateral or bilateral inguinal hernia treated by laparoscopic hernia repair with prosthesis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Incarcerated inguinal hernia; (2) Transfer to open procedure; (3) Laparoscopic hernia sac high ligation without prosthesis; and (4) Previous hysterectomy was performed.
