18 Years to 23 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Soldiers aged 18-23 years; 2. Being in good health and no mental problems illness according to established diagnostic criteria (DSM-IV-TR and ICD-10 combined); 3. Being able to understand Cantonese.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Being suffering from serious physical or mental illness or conditions expected to severely limit participation or adherence; (2) Being not subject to major life events (e.g. bereavement), and there was no significant fluctuation in mood within a month; (3) Those already practicing Meditation or were planning to start Meditation; (4) Unable to complete all the sessions.
