Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 40-60 years old, male or female;Those who meet the risk factors for osteoporosis. (2) The patients with positive IOF osteoporosis risk test in one minute. (3) BMD test: met the diagnostic criteria of osteopenia. The diagnostic criteria were based on the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Osteoporosis in Elderly People in China (2018). Based on the results of DXA measurement, the main measurement site was the lumbar spine, -2.5lt;Bone mineral density T value <-1.0 is a diagnosis of osteopenia. (4) The TCM syndrome differentiation is kidney-yang deficiency syndrome or kidney-yin deficiency syndrome. (5) Signed informed consent, willing to accept examination, treatment and can cooperate with visitors;Those who have not received any other treatment plan.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Allergic physique. (2) Secondary bone loss, such as hyperparathyroidism, osteomalacia, rheumatoid arthritis, gout, multiple bone marrow and a variety of endocrine diseases affect bone metabolism (3) Mental patients. (4) Patients with combined fracture requiring surgical treatment. (5) Long-term use of other drugs affecting bone metabolism can not be stopped immediately. (6) Late deformity, disability, loss of labor force.
