18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years and <= 80 years; 2. Discharge diagnosis is primary arthritis; 3. Elective surgery, the first time for unilateral total knee arthroplasty surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with missing data of discharge date and procedure date; 2. Patients with primary diagnosis is trauma or rheumatoid arthritis; 3. Patients with comorbidity includes diabetes hypertension, coagulation disorders; 4. Patients underwent other surgical therapy during hospitalization; 5. Patients with special surgical incision.
