Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: AD group: 60 subjects were enrolled who met the diagnostic criteria published by the National Institute of Aging (NIA) and the Alzheimer's Association (AA) in 2011 (NIAAA diagnostic criteria). Mental State Scale (MMSE) = 5 years. (4) Taking the same cognitive improvement medication prior to the start of the trial, and no history of psychotropic drug use one month prior to the start of the trial. (5) able to sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Other factors causing cognitive impairment such as cerebrovascular disease metabolic, infectious disease, malignancy, etc. (2) Combination of serious primary diseases of the cardiovascular, hepatic, renal and hematopoietic systems. (3) Medical device implants, epilepsy, history of psychiatric disorders and related family history, or other contraindications to TMS treatment. (4) Use of two or more cognitive improvement medications prior to consultation. (5) Those who are unable to cooperate in completing examinations or follow-up visits.
