Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Older than 18 years at the time of diagnosis; (2) Preoperative puncture pathology showed papillary thyroid carcinoma; (3) Undergo elective radical thyroid carcinoma; (4) Baseline clinical staging: CT1-4N0-2M0; (5) Patients and their family members can understand and are willing to participate in this clinical study, and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with puncture pathology inconsistent with postoperative pathology; (2) Patients who had undergone preoperative thyroid surgery or other neck surgery; (3) Patients with severe preoperative tumor involvement of nerve or trachea and corresponding symptoms; (4) Patients who had undergone preoperative ultrasound ablation of thyroid cancer; (5) Patients with distant tumor metastasis; (6) Patients who had participated in or were participating in other clinical trials within 4 weeks prior to inclusion; (7) Patients with ASA grade greater than III; (8) Physical status: patients with card score less than 60 points or ECOG score greater than 2 points; (9) Patients with liver dysfunction; (10) Patients with a history of severe mental illness; (11) pregnant or lactating women; (12) The researcher considered that the patient was not suitable to participate in the study because of other conditions.
