Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Premature infants born alive; (2) 28W <= gestational age < 37W; (3) The guardian is able to carry out daily language communication and communication, with the informed consent of voluntary participants.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The cord length <40 cm cord true knot, cord is too tight around neck; (2) Sail placenta, rotatory placenta; (3) Maternal diseases of the blood system: thalassemia; severe anemia; polycythemia; (4) Diseases affecting fetal bilirubin metabolism and blood: ABO hemolysis, RH hemolysis, placental abruption, gestational diabetes mellitus, intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy, etc. (5) There are malformations in neonates that affect bilirubin metabolism, such as congenital anal atresia, biliary atresia, etc.
