Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Experimental group: (1) Men aged 45 and over; (2) Conforms to the international pca universal diagnostic standard, has the pathological diagnosis basis; (3) There has been no pca treatment or, although it has been treated, two psa tests in the last two months have been greater than 10 ng/ml, and are on the rise. Control group: (1) Men aged 45 and over. (2) Meeting the universal diagnostic criteria for benign prostatic hyperplasia; (3) Two PSA tests were less than 5 ng/ml in the last two months; (4) The DRE was not positive in the last two months; (5) Prostate imaging was not positive in the last two months; (6) No positive prostate biopsy was found in the last two months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of prostatectomy; (2) Unclear diagnosis.
