Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 40 ~ 80 years; (2) Scoliosis related pain: axial low back pain, root pain or both; (3) Progression of scoliosis (lumbar curvature > 30 degrees;Acrosome rotation greater than 33%; Lateral slip greater than 6mm;Poor alignment of L5 on S1); (4) Spinal balance decompensation; (5) Patients willing to accept customized lumbar interbody fusion device for surgical treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with cardiopulmonary dysfunction who cannot tolerate surgery; (2) Uncontrolled infection in the lumbar surgery area; (3) Patients who have been bedridden for a long time are in poor physical condition and cannot tolerate the operation.
