Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Symptoms and signs of heart failure (NYHA II-IV); (2) Recent imaging study ( 50%; (3) HFA-PEFF score >= 5 (How to diagnose heart failure with preserved ejection fraction: the HFA–PEFF diagnostic algorithm: a consensus recommendation from the Heart Failure Association (HFA) of the European Society of Cardiology (ESC); (4) hsCRP > 2.0mg/L; (5) BMI >= 24kg/m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Aged 3ULT). (12) Absolute neutrophil count < 1,500/mm3 (13) Absolute platelet count < 100 x 10^12/L. (14) Allergy to colchicine. (15) Pregnancy or breastfeeding. (16) Inability to give informed consent.
