Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged >= 18 years; (2) Typical symptoms (e.g., exertional or paroxysmal dyspnea, fatigue, or loss of appetite) or signs (e.g., edema of both lower extremities, moist rales in the lungs, or positive signs of hepatic jugular venous reflux) of CHF; (3) New York Heart Association (NYHA) class of II to IV; (4) Current treatment with heart failure drugs or other treatment measures.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) HF patients admitted for acute cardiovascular events in the past 2 months; (2) Concurrent mental illness; (3) Inability to understand or complete the questionnaire because of speech or intellectual impairment; (4) refusal to participate in the study.
