18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having no visual/verbal/aural communication problems preventing the patient from understanding the information provided; patients over the age of 18 and under the age of 45 and subject to general anesthesia; the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification for all patients was grade I or II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not co-operating with the researcher; significant psychiatric disorder such as generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, depression, psychosis, bipolar disorder; individuals who were incompetent to give informed consent.
