60 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with informed consent; 2. The subjects, aged 60-79 years, who planned to undergo elective laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer; 3. Subjects with operation time more than 2 hours; 4. ASA II - III subjects; 5. Subjects with BMI of 18.5-30 kg / m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cardiovascular disease had abnormal myocardial markers before operation; 2. Patients with severe respiratory diseases, such as COPD, pulmonary infection, bronchial asthma, etc; 3. Patients with severe liver dysfunction; 4. In patients with severe renal dysfunction, creatinine clearance rate was less than 30ml / min; 5. Patients with known or suspected neuromuscular diseases; 6. Subjects allergic to the drugs involved in this study.
