Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade II ~ III subjects; 2. Subjects aged 45-75 years old, weighing 55-75kg; 3. Subjects of NYHA grade II ~ III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with ECG showing heart block; 2. Patients with limb deformity or peripheral vascular disease affecting upper limb function; 3. Subjects with preoperative left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) < 40%; 4. Patients with myocardial infarction in recent three months; 5. Patients with history of nervous system, immune system and mental diseases; 6. Subjects who used cardiotonic drugs before operation or needed mechanical assistance for heart failure, who had important organ diseases or underwent surgery in the near future; 7. Subjects who used drugs to improve myocardial blood supply and dilate cardiovascular system before operation, and patients who used opioid antagonist and ATP sensitive K-channel blocker (KATP) recently; 8. Patients and / or their families refuse to participate in the project.
