Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects over 18 years old; 2. Based on clinical symptoms, ECG manifestations and laboratory results, discharged patients were diagnosed as myocardial infarction; 3. Patients admitted to the hospital by themselves or by ambulance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Others who do not meet the inclusion criteria or cannot cooperate due to other reasons such as health.
