Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 65-90 years, BMI <= 30kg / m2, regardless of gender, scheduled for lower extremity surgery; 2. ASA grade I-III, subjects with no serious heart, lung, brain and kidney diseases were found; 3. Patients with informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of lumbar trauma or lumbar surgery; 2. Patients with contraindications to spinal anesthesia; 3. Patients allergic to ultrasound coupling agent; 4. Patients with mental and nervous system diseases and are using psychotropic drugs; 5. Patients with hearing impairment and unable to communicate; 6. Patients refuse to participate in the study.
