Age

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients equal to or above 18 years of age; 2. Patients with confirmed diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus; 3. Patients receiving both oral hypoglycaemic drugs and/or insulin therapy; 4. Patients who were declared fit by their consultant / physician.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with confirmed diagnosis of type-1 diabetes mellitus; 2. Patients with pregnancy; 3. Patients with ESRD, Cirrhosis, Chronic heart disease and other complications; 4. Patients with mental illness or cognitive deficit.
