Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with carotid atherosclerosis; 2. Subjects without severe disability.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Smoking subjects; 2. Subjects with severe heart, liver, kidney and other organ dysfunction; 3. Patients with stroke; 4. Subjects who had received OSAHS intervention treatment; 5. Patients who can not insist on wearing oral appliances; 6. Patients with poor oral periodontal health, temporomandibular joint disorder, etc. who can not tolerate wearing oral appliances; 7. Subjects with airway obstruction caused by abnormal anatomical structure of nasopharynx or pathological factors.
