50 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged >= 50 years; 2. Patients undergoing lumbar fusion for degenerative lumbar diseases such as degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis, lumbar disc herniation, degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis, degenerative lumbar scoliosis and so on.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with spondylolysis,spinal tuberculosis,bone tumors and other malignancies, ankylosing spondylitis,diffuse idiopathic hyperostosis,rheumatoid arthritis,kidney disease and liver disease; 2. Patients with a history of lumbar surgery; 3. Patients without preoperative dual-energy X-ray bone mineral density examination; 4. Patients with diseases such as hand trauma,neuromuscular disease, Parkinson's disease, stroke and so on could not complete muscle strength measurement.
