18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients met the diagnostic criteria of primary Parkinson's disease; 2. All patients who met Rome IV diagnostic criteria for functional constipation; 3. Subjects with severe constipation symptoms affect the quality of life of patients; 4. Patients with Hoehn Yahr stage 2-4.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with known or suspected intestinal obstruction 2. Subjects who are known to be allergic to the drug components used in this study or have contraindications; 3. Subjects with severe heart, liver, lung, kidney diseases and electrolyte disturbance; 4. Subjects with previous abdominal surgery history; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Subjects younger than 18 years old or older than 80 years old.
