Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 18 years; 2. ascend to high altitude (over > 3500m) for at least 3 months, and not return to lowland in 1 month; 3. ECG test with one of the following signs QRS Right Axis Deviation (over 95 degree); 4. written consent. 5. no contraindications to hyperbaric oxygen treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindication of hyperbaric oxygen treatment; 2. critical conditions required to be transferred to lowland for further treatment. 3. with pulmonary diseases, arrhythmia, coronary heart diseases, cardiomyopathy.
