Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Sign a written informed consent form. 2. Consecutive patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia. 3. The age is 18 to 65 years old. 4. Body mass index (BMI) 18~30kg/m2. 5. ASA I~II patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with asthma, neuromuscular diseases and severe electrolyte acid-base disturbance. 2. BMI > 30kg/m2 or 180 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure > 110 mmHg. 4. Those who have taken drugs that affect neuromuscular function within 48 hours before operation. 5. Participated in other drug clinical researchers in the previous 30 days. 6. Patients who are known to be allergic to micuronium chloride or rocuronium. 7. Pregnant or lactating women. 8. Patients with creatinine clearance 3 times the upper limit of normal value. 10. Serum albumin < 30g/L. 11. Patients with difficult airway who cannot be ventilated with mask. 12. Patients with known or suspected atypical plasma cholinesterase gene homozygote and plasma cholinesterase decrease. 13. The researchers believe that there are other situations that are not suitable for selection.
