Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged>= 65 years; 2. frailty phenotype >= 1 (1~2 prefrailty,>= 3 frailty); 3. agree to take part in the research and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cancer patients and terminally ill patients with lifetime below 2 years; 2. long-term bed; 3. severe malnutrition or state of nutrition with severe gastrointestinal disease,tuberculosis,etc; 4. severe cognition impairment,schizophrenic; 5. chronic disease(heart failer,copd,etc) at acute stage; 6. emergency treatment to critical patients; 7. severe frailty in elderly and disability; 8. patient can not eat with severe gastrointestinal disease or malabsorption after gastrointestinal surgery; 9. severe metabolic diseases such as severe thyroid dysfunction,hyperglycemia,or reduplicative hypoglycemia.
