Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis meet the 2010 American College of Rheumatology/European League Against Rheumatism criteria for RA, in the active stage(DAS28>3.2), with joint effusion or synovial hyperplasia; 2. Patients with Osteoarthritis meet the guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of Osteoarthritis issued by the Chinese Society of Osteoarthritis, with at least one swollen and tender joint, joint effusion or synovial hyperplasia; 3. Patients with Gouty Arthritis meet the 2015 American College of Rheumatology/European League Against Rheumatism Gout classification criteria , with joint effusion or synovial hyperplasia; 4. Patients with Developmental Dysplasia of Hip meet the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Developmental Hip Dysplasia issued by the Chinese Society of Orthopedics in 2009; 5. Age 18-65 years old; 6. Informed Consent has been signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. ALT or AST of the patients were greater than or equal to 1.5 times of the upper limit of normal value, or endogenous creatinine clearance rate (CCR) was greater than the upper limit of normal value prescribed by our Center; 3. With medical history of immunodeficiency diseases (such as HIV), or cancer, or serious cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, or other diseases that may significantly reduce life expectancy; 4. With medical history of any medical condition (such as severe mental disorder, cognitive dysfunction, substance abuse or addiction, etc.) that may affect program compliance.
