Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-85 years, pain in the back, imaging examination for non-specific spinal pain, pain score NRs >= 4 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. He has taken antidepressant and sedative drugs recently; 2. he has serious complications, such as stroke complicated with subarachnoid hemorrhage; 3. he has brain organic mental disorder, and can not actively cooperate with the researchers; 4. he has severe heart, lung, kidney and other dysfunction.
