18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with diagnostic Depression by DSM-5; 2) Higher than or equal than 3 in at least 1 item at Snaith Snaith scale; 3) SSRIs or SNRIs were used in at least one month; 4) Patients at an age between 18-60 years of Han nationality, and no limitation of gender; 5) Willing to participate in the experiment and take treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) IQ <= 70; 2) Received MECT, TMS and other interventions within 8 weeks; 3) History of local brain injury or nervous system diseases; 4) History of severe somatic diseases; 5) Criteria for other psychotic disturbs or substancerelated disorders.
