Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with primary Parkinson's disease who meet the diagnostic criteria of the International Movement Disorders Association in 2015 as "clinically confirmed Parkinson's disease"; (2) The score of Berg Balance Scale was 21-56; (3) UPDRS-HY stage 1-4; (4) Patients who agreed and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with secondary Parkinson's syndrome or Parkinson-plus syndrome; (2) Patients with severe cognitive dysfunction who cannot cooperate with the completion of treatment; (3) Patients with severe heart, lung, brain and kidney diseases that are difficult to participate in treatment; (4) Patients with poor compliance and failure to participate in treatment as required.
