Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The diagnosis of primary Parkinson's disease meets the diagnostic criteria of the British Parkinson's Disease Association Brain Bank.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients were excluded if they had any other neurological diseases, infectious diseases or autoimmune diseases, visual and/or hearing deficits, or had used corticosteroids, anti-inflammatory drugs or antibiotics within the four weeks prior to the study.
