Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged <= 18 years; (2) diagnosed with transfusion-dependent thalassemia; (3) No symptoms of infection, white blood cells, CRP, PCT and other indicators are normal (4) First time recipient of myeloid hematopoietic stem cell transplantation; (5) Signed the informed consent for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and the consent for the use of discarded medical samples. (6) Signing the informed consent for this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) There was a definite diagnosis of bloodstream infection 30 days before transplantation; (2) Antibacterial drugs were used within 3 days of the first collection; (3) Clinicians determined that they were not suitable for inclusion.
