Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged 18 to 70 years; 2. Clinical symptoms are severe low back pain or low back pain, with or without intermittent claudication; 3. After 3-6 months of strict conservative treatment and ineffective; 4. The imaging manifestations are single-segment lumbar spondylolisthesis (degree I-II), lumbar spinal stenosis, and lumbar disc herniation, which are consistent with clinical symptoms; 5. Those who have no mental illness, can tolerate surgery and cooperate with follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with multi-level lumbar spine lesions judged by symptoms, signs, and imaging examinations; 2. Patients with a history of mental illness; 3. Patients with a history of lumbar spine surgery; 4. Patients with severe osteoporosis (dual energy T value measured by x-ray absorption method <= 2.5); 5. Patients with clear surgical contraindications, such as severe heart disease, diabetes, renal failure, respiratory failure, coagulopathy and other serious medical diseases; 6. Refusal to sign informed consent Patient.
