Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The primiparous women aged 18-35 years old with singleton and cephalic presentation; They were full term pregnancy with no pregnancy complications and no risk factors of pregnancy; The women should speak mandarin.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women whose limbs could not autonomously move with mental and communication disorders.
