Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: adult females (21-65 years old) who have been suffering from nonspecific central LBP1 for>12 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnancy, BMI >30, spine or abdominal operations, trauma, spondyloarthropathies, neurological symptoms in the limbs, neurological diseases, any ongoing physical exercise program, any previous treatments or medication during the last three months and any experience with the Pilates method.
