Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: According to the diagnostic criteria for myocardial infarction proposed by the Chinese Medical Association in 2018: On the basis of elevated myocardial injury markers (especially troponin), at least one of the following evidences of myocardial ischemia: 1. Clinical myocardial ischemia symptoms; 2. New changes of myocardial ischemia appearing on the ECG, including ST-segment changes or left bundle branch block. According to the ST-segment changes, it can be divided into ST-segment elevation and non-ST-segment elevation; 3. Pathological ECG Q wave; 4. The imaging examination showed new loss of myocardial viability or abnormal segmental wall motion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recurrent myocardial infarction; cardiogenic shock; persons with a history of major surgery and stroke in the past six months; severe renal or liver insufficiency; malignant tumors; rheumatism; acute or chronic infectious diseases; gastrointestinal bleeding; body temperature exceeded 37.5 degrees C on admission and severe electrolyte imbalance; atrial fibrillation caused by reversible causes (acute myocarditis, untreated hyperthyroidism, atrial fibrillation due to cardiac catheterization or interventional surgery); recent history of cardiothoracic surgery; patients with heart valve disease confirmed by clinical and echocardiography and after prosthetic valve replacement, hypertensive heart disease, congenital heart disease, pulmonary heart disease, endocrine and metabolic heart disease,expected survival time for other end-stage diseases < 2 years; rosuvastatin, warfarin sodium, amiodarone treatment contraindications.
