65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 65 years; 2. Patients scheduled for non cardiac and non neurosurgical surgery; 3. American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I ~ III; 4. Operation time <= 3 hours 5. In line with the ethics, the patients volunteered and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of mental illness or long-term use of psychotropic drugs (dementia, schizophrenia), chronic analgesics and alcoholism; 2. Patients with severe cognitive impairment diagnosed by preoperative simple mental state questionnaire (spmsq) >= 8 errors or MMSE score less than 17; 3. Patients with positive preoperative cam diagnosis; 4. Any cerebrovascular accident occurred within 3 months, such as stroke, transient ischemic attack (TIA), etc; 5. Systolic blood pressure 12 x 10^9 / L or < 4 x 10^9 / L or plasma procalcitonin exceeding normal value more than 2 times); 9. 5L/min before operation, SpO2 was still less than 92%; 10. Those who have participated in or contacted the same neuropsychological scale in the past 30 days; 11. Language communication barrier, hearing barrier, unable to complete the cognitive function test; 12. Allergic to the test drug or other contraindications to spinal anesthesia.
