control group:SBP was maintained above 90 mmHg or from baseline to 40% below the baseline during operation
treatment group:Maintain intraoperative systolic blood pressure within ±10% of the baseline value

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Older than 65 years old; 2.ASA is larger than grade II; 3.Non-cardiac and non-neurosurgical procedures with operation time >= 2 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe preoperative hypertension (uncontrolled); 2.Creatinine clearance rate <30 ml/min or preoperative dialysis; 3.Acute heart failure; 4.Preoperative sepsis; 5.Preoperative hemodynamic failure (shock); 6.Intraoperative use of spinal anesthesia.

Incidence of postoperative deliriumand MMSE scores on the 1st, 3rd, and 7th days after surgery, and the cognitive function telephone questionnaire score (TICS-m score) at 1 month after surgery;
