Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The clinical diagnosis of HHT is mainly based on symptoms and family history. According to the diagnostic criteria proposed by Shovlin in 2000, 3 or more of the following options meet the definite diagnosis, and 2 of the following options are suspicious: 1. Essential bleeding: spontaneous and recurrent epistaxis (nocturnal epistaxis should be highly considered HHT); 2. Multiple skin or mucosal telangiectasias: located in characteristic parts, including lips, mouth, fingers and nasal cavity; 3. Visceral arteriovenous malformations: caused by the lack of capillaries between arteries and veins and directly connected , Can be expressed in lung, brain, liver, kidney, gastrointestinal tract, kidney and bone; 4. Family history. Select 18-75year old patients who meet the above 3 types and more than 3 types.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Identify other blood system diseases; 2. Severe hypertension and complications; 3. During pregnancy and lactation.
