Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) A clear history of diabetes; (2) Macroalbuminuria, persistent microalbuminuria; (3) Diabetic retinopathy is helpful for the diagnosis of DN.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diabetes mellitus combine with other renal diseases.
