Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Gestation <= 14 weeks; (2) Intend to live in the region until delivery; (3) Be able to complete the questionnaire; (4) Agree to participate and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Age below 18 years old; (2) Multiple pregnancies; (3) History of neurological, cardiovascular, hepatic, and renal medical complications; (4) History of essential hypertension, diabetes mellitus and other diseases; (5) Other complications such as deafness and dumbness.
