Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Primary TKA; 2.ASA: I-III; 3.BMI 18-35kg/?.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Knee flexion deformity >= 30 degrees, varus- valgus deformity >= 30 degrees; 2. allergic to morphine, local anesthetics or other drugs used in this study; 3. chronic opioid consumption for more than 3 months prior to operation; 4. diagnosed with traumatic arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, septic arthritis and knee surgery history; 5. patients with mental illness and cognitive impairment having difficulty in communication or comprehension; 6. thrombolytic events: deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolus, myocardial infarction and cerebrovascular accident.
