Postoperative analgesic fentanyl citrate group:Fentanyl 15ug/kg+ tolisetron 10mg
Postoperative analgesic butorphanol tartrate group:Butorphanol 0.15mg/kg+ Tropisetron 10mg
Fentanyl citrate combined with butorphanol tartrate group:Fentanyl 7.5ug/kg+ butorphanol 0.075mg/kg+ tolisetron 10mg

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged >= 18 years, ASA grade I~III; (2) to be operated under general anesthesia; (3) can sign the informed consent; (4) Reading and writing ability.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery; 2. Patients with incomplete data; 3. Severe dementia, language impairment, hearing or visual impairment were unable to complete the questionnaire; 4. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary, liver and kidney dysfunction before surgery; 5. Chronic pain history and long-term use of analgesic, sedative drugs; 6. Accompanied by mental illness and cognitive dysfunction.
