Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Premature infants with gestational age greater than 28 weeks and less than 37 weeks; 2. Subjects with high risk factors of neonatal sepsis were admitted to neonatal ward within 1 hour after birth; 3. The umbilical cord blood was collected for culture within 20 minutes after the delivery of placenta.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with major congenital dysplasia; 2. Patients with inherited metabolic diseases; 3. Patients with incomplete clinical data.
