Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-75 years old; 2. Patients diagnosed as pulmonary nodule to be operated on; 3. Normal volunteers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who are unwilling to participate in this study; 2. Subjects who could not cooperate.
