Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Selection and source of cases: Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 6-14, male or female. (2) It met the diagnostic criteria for ICHD-3 migraine. (3) Diagnosis of migraine by two or more professional neurologists. (4) The migraine has been attacked for the first time within the last month or has been attacked for more than a month, but has not been treated. (5) The purpose, significance, risks, benefits and informed consent of the study were given by patients and their families. Source: Pediatric Outpatient and Inpatient Department, Qilu Hospital, Shandong University. 2. Selection and source of control group Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 6-14, male or female. (2) It does not meet the diagnostic criteria for ICHD-3 migraine and other headaches. (3) They are in good health and allowed to participate in the study. (4) The purpose, significance, risks, benefits and informed consent of the study were given by patients and their family members.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Excessive drug intake exists; (2) Autoimmune diseases; (3) Other neurological diseases and intracranial masses except migraine; (4) Congenital or hereditary diseases; (5) Diabetes mellitus, bronchial asthma, cardiovascular disease, pulmonary disease; (6) Other types of primary headache and secondary headache.
