Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Neonates admitted to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit; (2) and admitted within 1 hour after birth; (3) Children with umbilical cord blood samples collected after birth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Duration of hospital stay < 72h; (2) Cases whose family members refused to be enrolled; (3) Cases with incomplete clinical data. (4) People suffering from genetic metabolic diseases or developmental deformity.
