40 Years to 100 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. History of COPD and FEV1/FVC less than 70% after bronchodilator within 1 year. 2. Aged >= 40 years. 3. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe lung diseases other than COPD (severe bronchiectasis, lung cancer, history of cystic pulmonary fibrosis, known active pulmonary tuberculosis, severe emphysema requiring endobronchial interventional therapy within 6 months before screening), life-threatening arrhythmias, congenital heart disease. 2. Patients who have undergone lung surgery. 3. Pregnant or lactating women. 4. Patients with language disorder, cognitive impairment and consciousness disorder (can not sign informed, questionnaire and other forms). 5. Patients who cannot be followed up by phone. 6. Doctors judge that it is not suitable to participate in this clinical study according to the actual situation of patients.
